20260108: The city of Bucharest plans a HYDROCABLECAR as a first pilotproject: Die AQUAPROJECT S.A. Bukarest with her Technical Coordinator Dr. Eng. Vladut Popescu suggests in the frame of the revitalizing project PROMENADA VERDE the realisation of a hydrocablecar on the bucharestian lakes.
20260206: In detailled talks between the Mayor of Bucharests 1. district and his administration on february 6th, the representatives of AQUAPROJECT Mr. Popescu and Patu and the inventor + owner of the patent for the new public transport medium HYDROROPEWAY Mr. Kleiner presented this transport system to the cityadministration.
The presenters are sure, that realising this system will technically be possible und will, when realised, offer a improved livequality for all Bucharestians in the whole city.
Mr. Kleiner pointed out, that HYDROROPEWAY will also be a very big chance for the national romanian industries to be successfull in european markets!
This new bucharestian public transport system HYDROROPEWAY will reduce the travellingtime for movements along / across the lakes in the city of Bucharest, as it is foreseen as supplement of the undergrund metro system:
prolonging M 1 – across lakul Morii and
prolonging M4 – across lakul Grivita.
The HYDROROPEWAY will be able to reduce travelling time crossing the two lakes significantly and to compliment those two metrolines.
20260408: Just in the moment AQUAPROJECT tries to find companies / constructors, who will be able to build the HYDROROPEWAY wtih CE-approved parts only. Afterwards expert company AQUAPROJECT will examin the feasibility of both projects, and depending on the results the public traffic connection may be built.
The whole project should be financed by private shareholders.

QUESTION: TORSION
OF PULLING ROPE
One of the interested experts, an expert in air cablecars and ropeways fom Vienna, expects, that the main pullingrope with its length of 3.5 km between the mainstations will drill around its own middle, so the clutch for the single rope to the boat will also turn around that way.
INVENTORS ANSWERE
Inventor expects hints from cableproducers, which kind of cable (carbon, new materials of elevatorcables, mixed materials …) would be the best.
First inventor yet doesn’t know, which kind of cable or chain will be used, chaines for example won’t twist at all.
Second there exist a lot of further solutions: Connectors, which allow twisting of the rope; ropes with a coat, in which the inner part of the rope can rotate;
An answere is as possible as it was for the aircablecars also, they had to solve the same problem.
QUESTION: UPWARD FORCES OF THE BOAT PULLER / MANAGEMENT OF THE VERTICAL FORCES
Question is, whether the single rope between the main pulling rope and the boat will need horizontal and vertical forces for pulling the boat.
The result of the vertical forces will be, that the main pulling rope will swim up to the boat.
One doubts, that the rope can be kept 10 m below watersurface.

There are a lot of possibilities for controlling the vertical forces:
The 4 variables .weight of rope .tension of rope .weigth of the clutch and .number + distance of subwater rope keepers – like the supports of air cablecars, only under water – the right combination of these 4 variables should be enough for keeping the rope, were it should stay.The connection between boat and main pulling rope is descripted as a combination from a aluminium triangel combined with ropes, the peak of the triangel fixed at the boats nose and the rope at the lower end of the stick. Therewith vertical movement of the main pulling rope is definitely excluded.
